On 2 August 2023, CHEMIA BRUGG had the pleasure of welcoming another group of highly motivated trainees to our corporate family. They will extend our team of trainees who have already started their training two years ago and act as role models for those starting out through their previously gathered experience.

The new faces that now enliven our operating premises and offices not only represent the new generation but are also an investment into the future of our company and of the economy in general.

At CHEMIA BRUGG, the training of apprentices plays a central role in the corporate strategy. There are several reasons for this:

In many sectors, including the chemical industry, there is a noticeable shortage of qualified personnel. The targeted training of young talent helps us to counter this. The start of the training of our three apprentices on 2 August was therefore not only a happy occasion but also a further step in the right direction for our organisation. The family-run company has been working in the pool industry for 29 years. The pools are made to measure and produced in any shape, thereby offering maximum flexibility to make customers’ dreams come true. The cooperation between Diamant Pool and CHEMIA BRUGG AG is an important strategic decision in order to meet the high demands of Swiss pool customers.

The X-PERIENCE DAY 2023 took place on 9 February 2023, providing interesting insights into the swimming pool business under the motto “discover, experience and feel”. Around 160 participants, including exhibitors, speakers, CHEMIA BRUGG employees and the trade press, came together in a relaxed atmosphere to find out about the latest developments in the industry, forge contacts and widen their knowledge.

The event offered an array of talks and presentations by exhibitors, introducing their latest products and services. One of the topics was trends in swimming pool technology, along with sustainable solutions in pool maintenance and efficient technologies for water treatment. A special highlight of the event was the lunch, which was provided in the form of a grill buffet. The participants could choose between various grilled specialities such as steaks, sausages, as well as chicken, vegetables and salads. Pasta with various sauces was also available. The meat was prepared fresh on several grills and promised a culinary experience. The lunch therefore offered a wonderful opportunity to converse with other participants and forge new contacts.

The trade press was also present and will report in detail about the event in the magazine spa & home that is renowned in the industry. This provides our company with a platform for presenting our products and services to a wider public.

At the end of the event, a prize draw was held in which the guests present had the chance to win valuable prizes. The prizes included a filter pump of the latest generation from the brand DAB, a pallet of our chlorine solution AQUEA Liquichlorine for disinfecting swimming pool water, as well as a purchase voucher worth 300 CHF. The prize draw was an exciting event and the winners received their prizes enthusiastically. This programme item at the end of the seminar was a further contribution to the successful atmosphere of the X-PERIENCE DAY 2023.

Overall, the X-PERIENCE DAY 2023 was a total success and provided the public with the opportunity to network with other industry experts and extend their specialist knowledge. The event offered a varied programme, inspiring speeches, networking opportunities and an excellent lunch. We would like to thank all the participants, employees and journalists who contributed to the success of the event and look forward to the next event in the forthcoming year.
